According strictly to material testing standard, all shuguang Lighting products use quality high strength low alloy steel Q235(Si<0.04%) and Baosteel SS400 steel, to ensure the mechanics and artistic of the product. Meanwhile, strictly control the use of microelement in order to ensure the quality of galvanization.
WELDING
shuguang adopts automatic continuous arc welding technology to close in hollow steel pole. Internal and external double welding makes the welding line small, smooth, not transverse, not imperfect, so it is equal and strong, beautiful in shape and it has passed flaw testing
SURFACE COATING TEACHNIQUE
shuguang employs advanced heat galvanization and plastic-sprayed techniques and directions to make high quality surface coating, thus shuguang products have strong corrosion resistance, can not be changed and rusted

PLASTIC- SPRAYED
We control strictly the artistic parameter in the manufacturing process, gauranteeing spray molding layer integrates nicely with galvanization surface so that it will not shell off even when stricken. And spray molding layer can resist ultraviolet radiation; it will not fade, pulverize, but keep good flexibility in long-term outdoor use.
